We are pleased to announce that we recently closed the acquisition of the Woodbridge and the Willow Grove apartment communities in Nashville, TN. The transaction closed on March 27th and the addition of these assets brings Lion Real Estate Group’s portfolio in the Nashville market to 1,820 units.
Woodbridge, renamed Haven, is a 220-unit multifamily community with a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments located at 231 Bridgeway Circle. Willow Grove, renamed Willow, consists of 244 multifamily units with a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments located at 308 Park Plus Blvd. The properties are conveniently situated less than five miles southeast of downtown Nashville. The acquisition is consistent with Lion’s focus on value-add multifamily properties in growing markets in the United States. Both communities will undergo unit renovations along with other upgrades in the near term.

Karisma Kelley:
My name is Karisma Kelley. I currently rent a townhome at Willow Apartments in Nashville. I signed a 15 month lease on 12/26, moved in there after. The gas was turned on January 2. The heat never kicked in. I got in touch with the leasing office and they instructed me to put in a work order. Well I have put in 8 work orders regarding the heat. Your maintenance men come light the pilot light and leave. The longest the heat has been on was a day and a half, yesterday they came, lit the pilot light and the heat was on for maybe an hour and a half, then shut off. So from yesterday around 3-3:30pm until now I have been heating my home using the oven, the fireplace, and two space heaters, one in each bedroom . Being that the temperature has been in the single digits and teens, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I am asking to have the heater fixed to ensure my family does not continue to get sick. Because I,m having to use the oven and two space heaters all day for the past two weeks, I’m requesting compensation for my electric bill. I’m not asking for the whole entire bill to be paid, just partial. I’m not sure what the bill is because I have not been here for full billing cycle as yet. Please resolve this issue or I will be forced to look for legal action. LET BE CLEAR, I do like the property. I’m not trying to be malicious or unreasonable, just trying to stay warm.
