Keenan Henderson joined Lion Real Estate Group as Director of Marketing bringing a fresh, systems-driven approach to multifamily marketing. She oversees digital strategy across SEO, PPC, branding, social media, and property-level CRM systems; creating scalable tools that empower leasing teams and elevate the resident experience. She believes the best marketing doesn’t just promote; it listens, connects, and builds trust.

Previously, she served as Director of Marketing & Training at LMS Investment Management, where she supported 15+ communities with performance-driven strategies that helped maximize occupancy goals. A Belmont University graduate known for her calm, collaborative style, she brings clarity to complex challenges and builds systems that empower teams to succeed.

Keenan lives just outside of Nashville with her husband, Trent, and their daughters, Jersey Mae and Indie Grey. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her family and traveling.
