Lauren Rivera joined Lion Real Estate Group in 2019 and serves as Executive Assistant to Mory Barak, Co-CEO/Co-Founder, in the firm’s Los Angeles office, providing executive-level support across office operations and leadership initiatives. With a strong command of organization, communication, and operational oversight, Lauren manages complex executive scheduling and travel coordination and supports firmwide operation initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and overall organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Lion, Lauren worked in Philadelphia, where she is originally from, as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant at a personal injury law firm. Earlier in her career, she served in a leadership capacity overseeing daily operations, staff coordination, and customer-facing teams-experience that continues to inform her operational approach today. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants, traveling, and sharing her love of books. She brings the same professionalism, thoughtfulness, and commitment to excellence to her personal life that she does to her role at Lion.
