Matt Pietrusik

Director of Regional Support

Matt Pietrusik initially joined Lion as a Senior Analyst for the Asset Management team, before transitioning into his current role. His responsibilities include financial analysis, and strategic operations support for the firm’s entire portfolio. He works directly with the Vice President of Property Management and is based in the Nashville office headquarters. His addition was a testament to the growth that the Lion portfolio experienced during a challenging market in the years prior. Before joining Lion, Matt worked at Dominion Group as an Analyst on their Asset Management team. He graduated from Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Matt enjoys golfing, skiing, and walking his dog in his free time.
