Ben joined Lion Real Estate Group in 2021 and is responsible for sourcing and underwriting multifamily transactions. Before joining Lion, Ben was the Project Manager of Acquisitions at Bedrock Management Services LLC, a full-service real estate investment firm based in Detroit. In his prior role, Ben was responsible for sourcing and acquiring properties across all asset types, including office, hospitality, industrial, parking, and development land, to add to Bedrock’s 25,000,000 + square-foot portfolio. In addition to acquisitions, Ben was responsible for economic development-related initiatives, including district planning, tenant attraction, and leasing. Ben graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics and was also a member of the Zell Entrepreneurs Program within the Ross School of Business.
