Ciara joined Lion Real Estate Group in 2026 as Executive Assistant to Jeff Weller, Co-CEO/Co-Founder, in the Nashville office. She supports executive leadership by managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and overseeing daily office operations. Her proactive approach and strong attention to detail streamline processes, strengthen communication, and help the leadership team operate efficiently and effectively. Before joining Lion, Ciara held marketing and operations leadership roles at an Atlanta-based real estate firm. She directed daily operations, implemented quality control measures, managed transaction coordination from contract to close, and supported investor relations efforts. Working closely with agents, clients, attorneys, and investors, she ensured smooth execution and an exceptional client experience. Her ability to combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution improved workflows and overall performance. Ciara’s diverse background gives her a comprehensive understanding of both client-facing and operational aspects of real estate. She brings exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and a solutions-oriented mindset to her role.
