Capital Markets Associate

Drew joined Lion Real Estate Group in 2026 as a Capital Markets Associate. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s capital markets activities, including capital raising across funds and co-investments, executing debt and equity capital strategies, and cultivating relationships with current and prospective investors. Prior to joining Lion, Drew was an Investment Analyst at REALM, L.P., where he focused on sourcing, underwriting, and acquiring investments across multiple property types, including office, industrial, multifamily, and manufactured housing. Before REALM, Drew interned as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Nomura's Greentech, Industrials, and Infrastructure Group, and held internships at Boston Consulting Group and Park Square Capital. Drew graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Data Science and a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies.
