Senior Associate, Acquisitions

Tristan is responsible for the analysis, underwriting, and evaluation of acquisition opportunities for the Lion portfolio across the firm's strategic target markets. His role also encompasses structuring and executing acquisitions, overseeing the closing process, and managing investor and internal reporting, as well as dispositions. Tristan first joined Lion as an Analyst in 2021. He is a graduate of The Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business, where he received a degree in finance as part of the University Honors Program, and was also a member of the Undergraduate Real Estate Club.
