Hunter Heatly

Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Hunter Heatly joined Lion Real Estate Group in 2024 as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management. Mr. Heatly is responsible for leading our Asset Management department, focusing on optimizing portfolio performance, innovating strategies, and working closely with all teams to align efforts with our corporate vision.

Most recently, Hunter was Vice President of Asset Management at Sares Regis Multifamily Funds, overseeing the execution and performance of all multifamily fund investments.

Mr. Heatly received a B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and an M.B.A. from Chapman University. He is a ULI Young Leader and a member of the Argyros Hoag Real Estate Association.
