Carrie Regan joined Lion with over 25 years of experience as a team-oriented, marketing-minded professional. She is a veteran leader in maximizing profitability through strategic hiring, overseeing successful capital projects, implementing green/energy sustainability programs, and optimizing rent positioning in competitive markets.

Carrie spent 11 years at LMS Investment Group prior to Lion as Director of Property Management and Marketing, where she led countless multifamily renovation projects that encompassed stabilizing lease-up in value-add communities. Her expertise in elevating the resident experience, paired with a strong foundation in team building drove resident satisfaction and a cohesive employee culture. As Vice President of Property Management, her mission is to continue setting industry benchmarks through innovation, collaboration, and integrity. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Carrie now calls Nashville home. She attended the University of Tennessee majoring in Business Management and is a proud member of the Big Orange nation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and their two boys, Braden and Bryce.
