Jimira Perry joined Lion Real Estate Group in 2026 as a Recruiting Specialist, where she partners with hiring managers to attract, recruit, and hire top talent across the company's portfolio. She manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing qualified candidates and coordinating interviews to delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience.

Before joining Lion, Jimira built her career in the multifamily housing industry, working in both leasing and marketing. Her operational experience provides valuable insight into the needs of on-site teams and the qualities that contribute to thriving communities.

Jimira earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Towson University. She is passionate about connecting candidates with meaningful career opportunities, fostering strong relationships with applicants and hiring managers, and helping build high-performing teams.

Outside of work, Jimira enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and exploring the art of storytelling as a film enthusiast.
