Eli joined Lion Real Estate Group in 2021 as an Analyst responsible for underwriting potential multifamily acquisitions and assisting with transactions nationwide. Before joining Lion, he interned at Kennedy Wilson on the Multifamily Asset Management team, and at Waterton Associates as an Operations Analyst. He graduated from the University of Iowa and earned bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics.
